At Zip World our aim is to create extraordinary experiences for our customers, and our staff. Whether you’re working as an instructor, on check-in, or at one of our restaurants, every day you will be helping to make peoples experiences with Zip World ones to remember.

Zip World is a customer focussed, friendly organisation – and so are our people. Our organisation is run by a bunch of genuine, adventurous, energetic individuals all working together to be the best at what we do. Our sites include Zip World Slate Caverns in Blaenau Ffestiniog, Zip World Fforest in Betws-y-Coed, Zip World Penrhyn Quarry in Bethesda, Zip World Tower in Rhigos South Wales and Zip World Skyflyer in Rhyl as well as our hotel in Capel Curig.
