Istanbul cuisine reflects a mixture of cultures in which you can find a bit of every flavour. Signature items are derived from the old recipes but revived with Zahter's cooking methods and artisanal sourced produce.

SCOPE:

All bar related duties and responsibilities for Zahter Istanbulite Cuisine.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

• Oversees the staffs and operations of the bar.
• Ensures that staffs are well-trained and proficient of all beverage and pastry recipes and presentation.
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of all menu offerings and provides guests accurate information and current promotions.
