London’s first temakeria! Yoobi, takes inspiration from Brazil and pushes the sushi experience in an exciting new direction. Our freshly made temaki rolls, featuring uniquely developed flavour combinations, are served to eat in or enjoy on the go.

We are looking for Sushi Chefs to grow with us, we will help you develop your skills and learn the Yoobi way!

The ideal candidate will have: 

• At least 2-3 years experience in a kitchen / sushi bar 
• Good knife skills with at least 2-3 years experience using them in a professional kitchen 
• A strong work ethic 
• A passion for food with a desire to learn 
• A passion for and a strong sense for customer service 
• Drive and ambition to progress your career in a quality expanding restaurant group 
• The legal right to work in the UK
