You will work for 30 hours from Monday to Friday 9:00-15.00 while working towards achieving your Business Administration Level 2 Apprenticeship. The training will be delivered in the workplace by YMCA Training - A perfect opportunity to earn whilst you learn!
Key duties include:
- undertaking photocopying tasks and scan documents
- undertaking filing documents on specific files
- preparing post for dispatch and take to Post Box if required
- communicating within the office in a professional way
- undertaking specific project work as directed and under supervision to gain experience
- being a great team player with good organisational skills
The successful applicant :
- Have excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Be articulate, professional, attention to detail.
- Be well presented with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Have good telephone manner
- Have GCSE at C or above in Math’s and English or equivalent
