Apprentice Personal Trainer Level 3 - Chiswick

Roko Gym are recruiting for a personal trainer Fitness to join their team at Chiswick. They are a premium health club and gym at Chiswick Bridge with an endless list of cutting edge facilities.

You will be working 30 hours per week over a flexible shift pattern anytime between 6am-10pm. You will also get dedicated time with a mentor and tutor to guide you in gaining the key skill set you will need to be an accomplished and fully qualified personal trainer level 3:

Applicants must hold a Level 2 Qualification fitness or  BTEC Sport

Key duties include:

• Working with members to understand their goals, needs and wants from the Club 
• Completing RokoFit and StayFit Gym Induction Consultations 
• Ensuring Health & Safety is maintained within the Fitness Arena at all times
• Promoting activities, events and courses; maximising member usage of the Club and its services
• Complete daily maintenance tasks within the Fitness Arena as required  
• Ensure that the maximum number of members receive one other meaningful interaction.   
• Complete all necessary documentation and respond to telephone and face-to-face enquiries
• Conduct gym floor or studio classes are required under part of training and development plan.

The successful candidate will:

• Committed to delivering quality customer service
• Have a passion and interest in Fitness and Wellbeing
• Will have GCSEs Maths and English grades 9-4 or equivalent
