Customer Service Advisor - Matlock

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our friendly team as Customer Service Advisor at our National Office in Matlock.

Our Central Sales Team handles inbound calls, emails and live chats from customers regarding bookings and general enquiries. Whether speaking to a family looking for a seaside adventure or a school organising an educational trip to remember, our Customer Service Advisors ensure excellent customer service is delivered in a professional, friendly manner.

We are currently open Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm and 10am – 4pm on Bank Holidays

In order to be a great Customer Service Advisor we are looking for people who can:

• Work towards achievable performance targets and KPIs
• Identify opportunities to sales of accommodation, meals and activity packages
• Quickly assess and understand customer needs
• Remain positive, proactive and self-motivated
• Communicate confidently and build rapport with customers over the telephone
• Promote YHA and the services we offer
• Use computer systems quickly and effectively
• Put the customer at the heart of everything we do
