Monday – Thursday 4pm – 10pm

Xercise4Less are on the lookout for a Social Media Assistant to join our industry leading Social Media Team to cover the evening shifts. As a Social Media Assistant, you will be a keen marketing enthusiast with excellent customer service skills who is ready for an exciting new role in our fast growing and forward-thinking business.

Our Social Media team was nominated for “The Best Use of Social Media” for customer engagement at the 2016 Engage awards. We require a dedicated professional team, with a strong grasp of managing social media platforms, to add to our great expertise.

In this role, you will be accountable for coordinating content across our social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. As an integral member of the Marketing Team, you will be innovative and inventive to find new ways to enhance our social media channels and primarily ensure our customer service is maximised. You will be assisting the Marketing Team with new campaigns and new projects such as giveaways and partnerships.

You will have:

• Excellent English, written and verbal with a GCSE grade A – C or equivalent.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter along with a commanding knowledge of emerging platforms.
• Awesome customer service skills.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent creativity and attention to details.

We’d love you to have

• Online marketing experience, copywriting or experience with digital marketing.
• A marketing related degree or currently studying towards.
• A passion for health and fitness.
• Ability to work on your own.
• Previous experience with Photoshop.
