Junior / Graduate Service Desk Analyst
Xercise4Less has a new opportunity for a Junior / Graduate Service Desk Analyst to join our service desk team.
You will be working in a team environment to provide technical support to our internal colleagues regarding a variety of systems and queries. This role would be ideal for somebody looking for their first step in their IT career.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues / queries.
- Providing an exceptional level of service to internal and external customers.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues.
- Escalate calls to a key member of the IT Department.
Experience / Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
- Knowledge of Office 365 and other basic operating systems.
- A computer science related qualification such as ITIL, CISCO, Microsoft Certificate, Cloud Certification.
