Job Summary

Mc & Sons in Southwark is an Irish Boozer serving authentic Thai food. The pub was established in October 2017 and is known for its excellent customer service and tasty cuisine.

The kitchen is looking for another chef to join its team to help cook the delicious menu offers. This role includes:

• Cooking
• Cleaning
• Maintaining high kitchen standards in cleanliness and following legislation
• Teamwork and communication

Job Type / Category

Permanent, full-time contract, fully-flexible Monday-Saturday (Mc & Sons is closed on Sundays)

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Must have experience cooking Thai cuisine.

Desirable:

Certificates in Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergens, First Aid, COSH, HACCP
