The Opportunity

Tasty Plc is looking for a Guest Experience Executive to help lead the way as we look to expand our business, and be a market leader in guest experience.

Who we are

We have over 890 colleagues working across two brands Wildwood (pizza, pasta, and grill) and dim t (pan Asian), with over 50 restaurants. We are a team who are passionate about providing great food and service in equally spectacular settings. Our team is critical to our success, and we work hard to provide a fun, creative environment with plenty of development opportunities.

The Role

Reporting to our Head of Marketing you will be responsible for providing a naturally friendly, helpful and responsive level of service to all our guests, ensuring they are treated as individuals and will want to return to our restaurants. You will demonstrate exceptional customer service, have a positive 'can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that you care.

Key responsibilities:

·Manage all our customers feedback – Compliments and complaints

·Produce guest feedback reports

·Respond to all our customers enquiries

·Manage the complaint process for and compensation activity

·Manage large bookings

·Support and implement sales initiatives

The ideal Guest Experience Executive​ will:

·Have a genuine interest in the guest experience

·Naturally friendly, helpful and responsive

·Highly organised and proactive

·Experience with customer care platforms (ideally Feeditback).


 

Not only will you be working with a friendly support team based on beautiful Charlotte Street, but you will also be entitled to free breakfast and lunch, and discounted meals in our other restaurants.

Office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.
