Who we are

We opened the first restaurant in 2008 and we have gone from strength to strength ever since. We believe in keeping it simple, focusing on great food, exceptional service and spectacular sites, it seems to be working as we have now grown to 60 restaurants comprising of both Wildwood restaurants and dim t.

If you are an enthusiastic Bookings or Reservationist and share our passion for not just sales and bookings but also guest experience, we need to speak further. This is a Fixed-Term-Contract which will continue until the end of December. Please only apply if you can commit to temporary work and are available immediately.

What will you be doing?

As a Bookings Co-Ordinator, you will maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of group Christmas party reservations and Christmas corporate events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.

Other duties include;

• Liaising with Restaurant Managers regarding bookings
• Upselling booking packages to customers
• Managing a booking system and ensuring up to date
• Answering calls and emails
• Managing pre-orders and ensuring they are received within plenty of notice
• Taking deposits and payments over the phone

We’d love a Bookings Co-Ordinator who is;

• Is passionate about the hospitality sector
• Has experience in a similar role
• Experience with managing multi-site bookings
• Enjoys driving sales leads and looking at new sales opportunities

Office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
