Sous Chef - The Blue Ball - Walton on the Hill, Tadworth
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 Per Annum + Tips & Discretionary Bonus
We are looking for a strong sous chef to join the brigade at this Award winning pub.
Your role will be to assist the head chef and the team in all aspects of the kitchen, including training, gross profit margins, stock control and hygiene. We will provide you with a meal and drinks when you are on duty.
