We believe that people should be judged on their ability and their potential. Our policy is to train and develop our staff and wherever possible to promote from within. We are always interested in people, with or without experience, who enjoy working with the public and to whom customer service comes naturally. Of course, sometimes previous experience is needed and it would be great if you have worked in a hotel before, but it’s not always essential and full training is available.
