The Gables Hotel is a 3-star hotel with 46 bedrooms, conference facilities for up to 200 delegates, a brasserie restaurant and lounge bar. The hotel is situated in Gloucestershire.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage Team.

The successful candidatee will have excellent customer service and communication skills to be able to deliver exceptional service to our guests. You will be expected to fully understand each menu in order to assist our guests with their choices whether it be food or drink.

You will have excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to your work. You will be able to lead a team by example and motivate people to exceed our customer expectations and improve our sales. A professional approach and warm welcoming personality is essential to develop relationships with our loyal customers and broaden our customer base. Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar hotel environment.

This is a full time position working shifts to include evenings and weekends.
