Assistant Manager - The Red Lion, Newborough

Webb Hotel Group has just acquired The Red Lion pub which is set in the beautiful village of Newborough, Staffordshire and we are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the friendly team there.

As Assistant Manager you will assist with the day to day running of the pub and restaurant whilst ensuring all of the guests have a fantastic experience. Training and development of the team will also be an integral part of this role as well as helping to drive sales and develop new ideas.

The successful candidate must be passionate about amazing food and drink as well as delivering exceptional customer service to ensure that the guests return time and time again. Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential.

This is a full-time position which includes working evenings and weekends. The pub is not covered by a bus route so candidates must have their own means of transport.
