Leisure Club Receptionist - Moor Hall Hotel & Spa, Sutton Coldfield

Moor Hall Hotel is a four-star hotel with 83 bedrooms, conference facilities for up to 250 and its own Leisure Club & Spa, situated on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield in beautiful parkland.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Leisure Club Receptionist to join our Leisure Club & Spa team.

Our Leisure Club has a modern, air-conditioned gym, exercise studio and 4 spa treatment rooms.  As Leisure Club Receptionist you will be the 1^st person to offer a warm and friendly welcome to all of our members and guests on arrival at the Leisure Club or by telephone. You will be responsible for taking bookings and dealing with guest queries, taking payments, administration for membership and spa days and conducting tours of the leisure club and spa.  You will provide a high standard of service at all times.

Other responsibilities will include completing the opening and closing procedures, carrying out pool tests and basic pool maintenance tasks following training and also cleaning in and around the reception area and the changing rooms throughout the day.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and teamwork skills as the role involves answering the telephone, meeting guest needs and dealing with queries.  Candidates must be computer literate and have a good telephone manner as well as experience of dealing with the public.

This is a full-time role, working 5 days out of 7 to include evenings and weekends.
