Fitness Instructor - Downs Leisure Centre, Seaford

27.5 hours/week

£12,459 per annum for 27.5 hours/week

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and professional individuals who can deliver an excellent level of service to our members.  Working as a Fitness Instructor you will need to be CIMSPA registered and qualified to a minimum of Level 2.

Your main duties will be:

• Delivering our member journey appointments to new and current members ensuring a high level of engagement, service and retention growth.
• Ensuring safe and correct use of all gym equipment at all times and encouraging a positive atmosphere
• Promoting membership campaigns, events and challenges and delivering gym floor workshops and classes
• Promote and deliver Personal Training Sessions (for which there is an additional remuneration).
