And, right now, we’re looking for a confident and creative Group Exercise Manager to help implement and deliver an innovative exercise programme for our members. Working closely with the club’s Fitness Manager, you’ll see that our classes offer variety and challenge and are arranged for times that meet members’ needs. But that’s not all. You’ll also train, motivate and evaluate our Group Exercise Instructors to ensure they are providing a professional yet fun experience. Sometimes, we’ll look to you to deliver classes too. And, all the while you’ll seek out, listen and respond to feedback regarding class scheduling, the instruction given and the club surroundings. 

Someone who can relate to people from all walks of life, you have excellent instructing skills and a real flair for developing a group exercise programme. In addition, we’ll be looking for a fitness based Level 2 qualification and evidence of expertise in different class styles such as the Les Mills programme, Pilates, Yoga and/or Zumba. Creative and innovative, you’re also friendly and approachable and happy to go out of your way to make everyone you come into contact with feel welcome and at ease.
