The Program:

• Combined low & high-impact calorie-torching workouts
• SAQ & Athletic drills
• Includes rigs, rowers and strength and functional training kit
• Maximize strength gains, improve functional strength and power
• Athletic and member-inclusive – “everyone can lift”

The Member Experience:

• Ultimate and highly effective HIIT format
• Maximize strength gains – Improve functional strength and power
• Metabolic conditioning to maximize fat burn
• Learn and refine rowing technique development

What we can’t live without:

• Must be passionate about fitness, personal and group training
• Must have a desire to coach

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification minimum
• Strength & Conditioning experience and/or qualification preferred
• Excellent technique
• Dynamic personality to motivate and ‘coach’ participants
• Must have a can-do, get-it-done positive attitude
