Are you passionate about group exercise and willing to go the extra mile to inspire our members reach their goals?

We’re looking for a Group Exercise Manager to take responsibility for scheduling our group exercise classes, which take place in the club under the supervision of the General Manager. Our signature programs are structured to further support the growth and development of our instructors. You’ll oversee the experience first-hand, engaging our members through Heartfelt Service.  Empowering with Red Hot passion and inspiration.  Exciting with respect, creativity and energy.  Our programmes innovative and make exercise irresistible for our members.

Your role:

  • Recruit, train and evaluate instructors to suit your club’s programming
  • Responsible for class scheduling and looking for new opportunities to grow the programme
  • Deliver Group Cycle exercise classes, using your knowledge expertise to help members get the most out of their session
  • Communicate effectively and build great relationships with members
  • Seek and respond to member & instructor feedback
  • Be a Rockstar ambassador of the brand, delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Comply with health & safety policies

Your commitment:

This role is part time working 20 hours per week, including 4 hours of classes per week. The hours would be worked over four days working 5 hours per day. We need someone to work flexibly with us to meet the needs of the business during the week and weekend.

What we can’t live without…

You’ll be dedicated to delivering high quality sessions and ensuring a first class service. We’d also need you to have:

  • Exercise to Music qualification equivalent to a REP Level 2
  • Previous experience of Group Exercise Management
  • CPR certification
  • Great communication skills, and a passion for Group Exercise
  • Must have a desire to coach & inspire
