We’re looking for a Club to manage the member experience, ensuring that all members receive the highest levels of service at all times, and to proactively and consistently exceed expectations.

Your job:

• Welcome and host members throughout their club visit.
• Highlight and deliver additional services and extras as required.
• Promote in club activities to the members, managing room, event and facility bookings.
• Reporting any maintenance and/or security issues and supporting where necessary.
• Taking on any issues regarding the function, and liaising with the General Manager to resolve any ongoing issues where necessary.

To be successful as a Club Concierge , you will have:

• Amazing interpersonal skills and a willingness to go above and beyond.
• Great communication skills, an organised nature & attention to detail.
• The ability to resolve issues with the ability to respond appropriately & professionally to everyone you interact with.
• First Aid and Lifeguard Qualification or a confident swimming ability & willingness to take the courses within the first month of starting.

Your commitment:

This role is full time, working 40 hours per week. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business; specific shift patterns include 'earlies' (6am starts), 'lates' (11pm finishes) and weekends.
