Waiter - Sommeliers with a Passion for Wine and Food

Salary bracket - £9.50 to £10.50

VINOTECA: one of London’s favourite places for wine and food for over a decade. Now with six sites across the capital, we remain an independent group of award winning restaurants, wine bars and wine shops run by a passionate and knowledgeable team. We offer over 200 wines to drink in and take away and have daily changing seasonal menus at all of our sites.

We are currently looking to expand our front of house teams with knowledgeable wine focused waiter at our Soho site on Beak Street.

We have never employed traditional sommeliers, instead attracting and focusing on waiters, bartenders and managers who have a passion and knowledge for wine that they can bring to their work. Our staff need to be capable and flexible, working across all the traditional front of house roles as well as selling wines in the wine shop.

Key skills required:

• Superb customer engagement and service skills
• An obvious passion for wine & food
• Experience working in a hospitality role
