We are currently recruiting for a Spa therapist to join our Spa, on a full time or part time, basis.

As a 365 day business you may be required to work evenings/weekends/bank holidays.

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking beauty therapist who possess great experience in customer care and commitment.

The main purpose as a Spa therapist is to ensure the maintenance of the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all aspects of the operation. To carry out treatments to the highest quality and standard whilst provide outstanding customer care.

Under the guidance of the Health Club Manager and within the limits of the hotel policies, the main responsibilities will be:

  • To carry out treatments as trained to and following procedures set.
  • Recommend After care to clients when needed.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness of the treatments areas. Using quiet times to work through the weekly cleaning list
  • Set up and close down all areas that you will be working in
  • To help to increase revenues by upgrading and re-booking clients
  • To help in the spa when needed to do so.
  • To be punctual and set up for your day on time for your shift to start
  • To work and communicate with all work colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the business.
  • To follow standards of appearance for yourself and the treatment rooms/spa
  • To abide by Health and Safety Regulations as required by Law and company procedures
  • To be flexible in changing shifts when the business needs it.
  • To be able to swim at a confident level and attend Emergency Response training to ensure the safety of our swimmers in emergency situations.
  • To carry out any reasonable request by the company or line manager
  • To abide by Health and Safety Regulations as required by Law

In order to be successful in this role as a beauty therapist, you will need to have great experience in customer facing roles, preferably within a 4/5* Hotel environment, and hold a therapist qualification of Level 3 or above.
