Can you cook up a storm? It’s our Chefs who are responsible for delivering mouth-watering menus filled with our customers favourite dishes including juicy burgers, skewers, steaks, fish 'n' chips, club sandwiches, wraps and more. We are all about relaxed all day dining done well. As Chef de Partie, you are a critical part of the Chef brigade ensuring that you work quickly and effectively to deliver exceptional quality food in line with brand standards. You will also act as a mentor to the commis chefs within the kitchen, teaching them your skills and helping them to develop.

What we need from you…

-A passion for cooking and delivering perfectly cooked, delicious dishes to spec and in line with GP / budgets.
-Great communication, ability to work as part of a team and an appetite to grow and develop
-Live and breath the Village way, ensuring that brand standards are delivered
-Put our customers at the heart of everything you do
-A good working knowledge of kitchen and food hygiene procedures
