HR & New Openings Project manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR & New Openings Project manager to join our highly successful People team.

Reporting to the Group People & Development Director you will be focused on identifying areas for process improvement, efficiency and innovation of procedure. Taking ownership from review to implementation, you will liaise with all key stakeholders from the HR team to exec level, evangelising the benefits of improvement and managing the change process and project lifecycle. With a particular focus on communication strategy, wellbeing & system implementation and developing training to support change or project as required.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a HR process improvement role is essential

  • Hotel experience or experience of new openings of similar sized hotels would be an advantage.

  • Great knowledge of the hospitality industry is ideal

  • Ability to come up with innovative ideas to improve HR within the business and experience delivering this innovation with passion and energy.

  • A CIPD or other HR qualification is preferred

  • Excellent knowledge of google platform

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills

  • Commercially aware and savvy on suppliers within the HR arena. 

The role covers all our properties across the UK and therefore home / base location is flexible. Your working week will be a balance between home working and UK national travel. You will also be required to stay away from home during project launches and new openings.
