The Leisure Club Manager is a senior role within the hotel and plays a key part in maintaining our position as an industry leading fitness and leisure brand. You will be hands on, walking the gym floor, chatting to customers and at the same time working to deliver the sales strategy and recruiting, training and inspiring a crack team of leisure staff!

• Own all Leisure Club activity Recruit, train, motivate and retain your Leisure Club team, inspiring them to deliver friendly service and deliver the group club strategy A passion for leisure and fitness Ensure that the club is operating within both company and legal health and safety standards Network with the local community and business, looking for new opportunities and promoting our amazing offer Previous experience managing a leisure operation with a large membership base
