Most of us are well aware of the human impacts of climate change and the growing worldwide imperative to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by the year 2050 before every aspect of our lives become irreversibly & catastrophically affected.

As a company, therefore, we are committed not only to doing our part but to becoming industry leaders in climate positive action. We are adopting evermore appropriate & rigorous standards of environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria that ensure we do everything we can to pass on to our children a world that’s at least as good, if not better, than that which we enjoyed ourselves. Thankfully, many of the solutions to climate change can deliver economic benefits while improving our lives and protecting the environment.

• Set and achieve further energy reduction targets until Valor are the industry's lowest consumer of energy per room sold.
• Set and achieve further ambitious targets to eliminate single use plastic consumption
• Set and achieve further ambitious target goals for fund raising and volunteer hours.
• Further green the supply chain by replacing more suppliers who do not match our values with those who do
• Promote an atmosphere of continuous improvement in our impact on the environment, social good, ethics and well-being.
