The Role
As ‘Conference Host’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission!
From syndicate rooms to conferences, exhibitions private banqueting/dinners and weddings you’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.

What you’ll be doing
Making sure all meeting spaces are set up according to Clients requirements
Greeting Clients on day of event and check running orders
Give Great Customer service
Working as part of a great team
Helping with service of food & drinks
Maximising opportunities to sell
Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety
Administration and Technology savvy
Available to work when the customer needs you
