Spa Therapist

We have a new vacancy for a full-time Spa Therapist to join the Chakra Spa team at the Crowne Plaza in Felbridge.
As a Spa Therapist, naturally you will be passionate and friendly, whilst providing first class service delivering the highest standard of therapeutic, holistic and wellbeing treatments. You will be confident with facials, massages and nail treatments.

You will need to be a minimum Level 3 Beauty Spa Therapist

What you’ll be doing

• To carry out all spa treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
• Working as part of a great team
• To have a thorough knowledge of the Chakra Spa and Hotel and its facilities and rules, advising customers accordingly.
• Promoting and delivering treatments
• Maximising opportunities to sell to meet department targets
• Building and maintaining a regular client base
• Sales and marketing
• To adhere to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices.
• To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the manager and receptionists on the days scheduled treatments, any changes, additions etc in order to meet the ever-changing needs of our guests. Flexibility and cooperation are required. This may also include shift changes.
