General Manager - Monday - Friday

We are excited to be recruiting for a General Manager to work with us at a presigious insurance firm in the City of London. This is a Monday to Friday postion, with social hours. This is a lovely site which offers staff dining, vending with occasional events including fine dining dinners.
Location: EC2N 4BQ
Rate of pay: £40,000-£45,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities- Building a strong working relationship with the client
- Managing the catering contract
- Meeting the client needs and financial targets
- Leading an F&B team of 10 and setting standards
- Monitoring the quality of the food and service
Our ideal candidate:
- Will have contract catering expeirence
- Fine dining expeirence
- Expeirence managing tunrovers of £1million and looking to manage a larger contract
- Excellent interpersonal skills, be passionate about fresh food and exceptional service
- Ambitious to progress their career
