FOH and Reservations Manager

 

We are looking for a strong FOH & Reservations Manager for Urban Retreat at Harrods. We require someone that is hands on and will lead from the front to deliver exceptional customer service.

 

The FOH & reservations team is the core of the business not only supporting a team of 150 therapists, stylists and technicians but also being the first and last point of contact in the customer journey. This role will suit an experienced manager who leads from the front.

 

The successful candidate will already have managerial experience in spas and wellness or in 5 star hospitality and leisure. This is a challenging role leading a team of 15 Reception and Reservations staff in a demanding environment.

 

Key skills:

 

·         FOH management experience

 

·         Good computer skills including Word and Excel and experience in using salon or spa reservations systems

 

·         Customer service skills including complaint handling and resolution

 

·         Good level of numeracy and literacy

 

·         Sales, revenue and target driven

 

·         Demonstrable leadership skills

 

·         Experience recruitment and selection and training and development

 

·         A can-do attitude

 

·         Experience in budgeting, wage control and revenue management
