We are looking for a Head Chef who has a talent for delivering incredible food and developing brilliant teams to head up the kitchen at our Paddington venue, Heist Bank.

The ideal candidate will have the creative freedom to develop and maintain an exciting, modern wood fired menu with pizzas, small plates, mains and desserts also coming from the oven. You will be using well sourced British ingredients with a range of influences and a big focus on seasonality.

You must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and interested in working with us to develop our business. You must be up to date with the current restaurant scene and have a real desire to cook, manage a small team, teach and inspire others as well as wanting to contribute to the growth and success of the business

You need to have passion, a great work ethic and the ability to work as part of tight management team helping to control all aspects of your individual business.

Ideally you will have experience leading a team as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy, modern kitchen.

Applicants will need to have good communication skills as well as being fluent in English (verbal and written) and be able to demonstrate eligibility to live and work in the UK.
