This is a Maternity Cover role on an 18 month contract, starting in June/July 2019.
ULG is an eclectic group of 10 venues across London. Our bars all have a unique style, delivering brilliant food and a great selection of wine, beer and cocktails to our guests.
We’re looking for a hands on, charismatic Events & Sales Assistant to join the events team and drive our events sales to the next level.

- Experience working with a number of unique spaces and the opportunity to really make your mark in Events Management.
- You have a proven track record in Events Management in a similar, multi site environment.
- You have at least 2 year’s experience in organising and delivering brilliant events.
- You have an in-depth knowledge of food, wine and beer, and service.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
- You’re computer literate (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- You’re self motivated with the ability to manage your own workload and diary.
- You have a demonstrated ability to capitalise of every events opportunity and get the most out of spaces.
- You’re organised with the ability to deal with several clients at once.
- You’re immaculate in appearance and have a great eye for detail.
- You’re friendly, warm and able to strike up a conversation with anyone.
