Sous Chef - Coin Laundry, Exmouth Market - Up to £30k + bonus

Coin Laundry is an all-day bar and restaurant on Exmouth Market, Clerkenwell. We're open all day for lunch, bar snacks and dinner with a focus on seasonal, British ingredient. On Saturday's we offer Bottomless Brunch and Sunday's are all about our brilliant roast. 

We’re looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and experienced Sous Chef to join our team and drive the food offer at Coin Laundry to the next stage of success. Our Sous Chefs work closely with their Head Chefs and the Group Executive Chef to develop innovative menus, ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes and lead their team to deliver smooth, enjoyable services.
