Assistant General Manager - Up to £27k + bonus - Immediate Start - Graphic Bar, Soho 

Graphic is one of London's pre-eminent Gin Bars. Located on the beautiful media hub of Golden Square, only two minutes walk from Piccadilly Circus. The venue is open till late 6 days a week, serving our guests some of the best cocktails, gins and sharing food. We host a regular calendar of events from Gin Socials to Bartender Competitions and work with many globally lauded brands.

We are looking for a brilliant, product focused AGM to join the team and work with the GM to drive the business.

-          What we’re looking for:                                                                                 
o   You’re positive, you care, you’re self-motivated and you want to be part of a team.                                                                                
o   You have at least 3 years-experience in a busy, wet led bar as Duty Manager level or above.                                                                                 
o   You have an appetite for good food and drink and a love of the London hospitality scene.                                                                                
o   You’re passionate about good service and great drinks and have a genuine desire to learn and give people a good time.                                                                                
o   You have drive to develop professionally and help ULG grow.                                                                                
o   You have the legal right to work in the UK and a good grasp of written and spoken English.
