About us
University Arms, Cambridge will re-open in late Spring 2018 after an £80 million refit, bringing back to life the city’s oldest and most iconic hotels. The hotel features 192 rooms designed by Martin Brudnizki, all with bespoke furniture and individually curated artwork.
Occupying a prime spot within the hotel is Parkers Tavern, a quintessentially British restaurant run independently by renowned chef, Tristan Welch. Parkers Tavern serves up British classics with technical finesse, elegance and a few surprises. We use fresh, local produce from Cambridge and the surrounding areas with a regularly changing menu to reflect seasonal availability.
