Work Life Balance. We don't think life should be full of compromises, which is why we do our best to give you as much flexibility as you need to live that thing called life. We want you to enjoy your time and Turtle Bay. We have different types of work patterns available so just ask, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Regular Check Ins. It's important we listen to our teams to see how they are feeling, and also hear feedback on how we can make working at Turtle Bay even better. Our Managers have regular 1-2-1s with their teams and we call these check ins.

Support. We always want to know how you're doing - our aim is for you to always feel happy. As well as supportive managers, we have various external partners to support our teams when they need it.

Open Door Policy. Our team is what breaks Turtle Bay to life. We believe you have the most important voices, and we can't wait to hear what you have to say. You can speak with anyone of our Support Centre team, including our Directors, and we are always here to help.

Amazing Socials. Nobody does a party like Turtle Bay, and that's a fact. We can't wait to start to hold our incredible team socials and parties again. There's nothing quite like them!

Team Events. Our restaurant teams get together regularly to socialise outside the restaurant and to build those all important relationships. Team work makes the dream work!
