We went on holiday to the Caribbean, Trinidad, Tobago, Barbados. With beautiful long lunches, late nights and lazy mornings enjoying golden sand and deep blue water. We loved the food, the rum, the people and the music. We loved the beach bars, the street kitchens and the verandas.
It was all too good to leave behind, so we thought we’d bring it back with us – we started Turtle Bay! We wanted to recreate a classic island bar serving the best rum cocktails and the coldest Caribbean beer! But you can’t have a great night out without great food, and we’d tasted some brilliant new flavours in the West Indies, where the dishes are made hot, fresh and spicy, and the cooking is done outside on the jerk grill.
Apart from the fantastic food and the drink, Turtle Bay is all about the spirit of the beach – chilling out and kicking back in comfort. We pick our Turtle Bay team to do that and help both our staff and our customers have a great time!
