An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Trafford Leisure team, we are a Leading Leisure provider across Trafford, and we work together to get the people of Trafford to move more every day!

The roles: 

We are looking for a fun and friendly characters to join our excellent team of coaches and help grow the ‘Gymnastics Trafford’ Brand at Altrincham, and Sale leisure centres. You will work as part of a fast moving, efficient team to help run and deliver our very popular, high quality gymnastics classes. We deliver gymnastics from the age of 18 months to 16 years. We cater for the needs of the members on our program here at Trafford leisure and we take pride in watching our participants achieve full potential in every session and leaving with a smile on their face.

We are looking for motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at an exciting period of change for Trafford Leisure.  To be successful in this role you must have the below.

• Hold a valid British Gymnastics Activity Leader or minimum Level 1 Coaching Qualification (Trampoline Gymnastics/Women’s Artistic/ Men’s Artistic/ General Gymnastics)
• Be passionate about children’s learning and development
• Have a passion for gymnastics
• Be able to liaise with parents, colleagues, and gymnasts
• Maintain attendance records
• Ensure that policies and procedures are followed
• Be enthusiastic
• Have good time management
• Can deliver high quality classes
• Leadership skills
• Ability to mentor and inspire the assistant coaches in our team

Trampoline Coaching Hours of Work: Friday 4pm to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 12noon Altrincham Leisure Centre

Gymnastics Coaching Hours of Work: Friday 4pm to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm at Altrincham Leisure Centre

Gymnastics Coaching Hours of Work: Wednesday 4pm to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 12noon at Sale Leisure Centre
