An exciting opportunity to join a Leading Leisure provider as we work to get the people of Trafford moving more every day
At Trafford Leisure, we deliver the biggest swimming lesson programme regionally, and with more demand than ever before due to COVID, we are looking to recruit a larger team to meet the needs of our local community. We are looking for teachers to cover at all of our wet sites (move Urmston, Partington, Stretford Sports Village, Sale, Altrincham).
The role
We are looking for individuals to join our team that are;

The person we are looking for must be flexible, motivated and comfortable to turn their hands to all levels of teaching from pre-school to adult lessons.
Swim Well is one of our leading brands. We lead from the front in terms of our aquatic programme and our Learn to Swim and School swimming programs are seen as examples of best practice in the Leisure Industry. Our ‘Begin Well’ lessons are going from strength to strength and we now have over 7200 children per week learning to swim with us.
Ideally you should hold a water safety qualification (either NPLQ or NRASTC)
Ideally you should be Level 2 Swim England Qualified (we will also consider Level 1 Qualified applicants). If you have a Swimming Teachers Association (STA) equivalent, we will consider upskilling you and provide the training to ensure you can deliver our award winning Swim England Programme.
Working Hours: We will consider people looking for both permanent and casual work, with the hours consisting of shorter shifts that can potentially fit around your existing work or family/personal commitments. The hours will consist of a mixture of evenings (around 4-7pm) and weekends.
