Swim Well Support Admin - Sale, Manchester

The role

  • Working as part of the Centre and the Swim Well Brand Team you will support your Manager in delivering the projects and objectives of your team
  • Working closely with your colleague’s ensuring that you make the right people aware of things at the right time and work together to deliver a first-class service to our customers
  • Working with the First Class PROfile tool to make sure that you are continuously improving, that you are picking up Golden Goal objectives over and above the day to day requirements of your a job where appropriate and undertaking learning that is relevant to you in your role
  • Playing your part in communicating with other teams to ensure that services and products we provide to our customers, both internal and external, are consistent and of a first class standard
  • Working with your Manager to continuously improve the service, feeding in your knowledge and ideas to make sure that we are meeting the needs of our customers

Bringing the Swim Well Brand manual to life by supporting the management of the programme including:

  • Registrations
  • Website information
  • Timetabling
  • Stock control
  • School Service Level Agreements
  • Providing administration support to the Swim Well Manager as required
  • Playing your part in the delivery of your teams budget, ensuring you consider the financial impact of what you do.

The person we are looking for

The ideal candidate will hold a current Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification. They should also hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or a National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC).

Salary: £9.10 p/h

Working Hours: 25 hours per week
