The Role

• Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the Centre
• Delivering fitness classes, coaching and other activities inherent with the Centre’s programme
• Personally ensuring that equipment is at first-class standards in both safety and cleanliness at all times
• Ensuring that Health & Safety standards are managed and met
• Working with the team to help us achieve our mission to help people in our community Move More Everyday

The Person we are looking for

• Committed to providing a First Class Customer Service
• Enthusiastic and friendly
• Confident in dealing with a diverse community in a polite and professional manner
• Able to cope under pressure
• Have excellent communication and sales skills
• Be proactive in increasing participation
• Have great time management and be organised with work demands
• Mandatory-level 2 fitness instructor
• Desirable-level 3 fitness instructor
• Desirable-FAW
• Desirable-supervisory experience

Our successful candidate will hold at least a level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification as a minimum. Ideally, you will be first aid qualified, though this can be provided if you are the right person.
