The George Wallis is a quality traditional pub situated in Wolverhampton city centre. Conveniently located near the Civic Hall and Mander shopping centre – both due to reopen in autumn after significant investment which will further support the business.

We are looking for a driven General Manager who can demonstrate the ability to successfully manage a business with broad appeal & create different atmospheres depending on the time of day & customer base. You must have a passion for delivering exceptional service & the desire to WOW every customer. You will be able to demonstrate how you have grown sales, both food & drink, & exceeded your targets. Passion & personality are a must together with a positive attitude & a determination to be the best. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and develop a large team capable of supporting such a vibrant multi-dimensional venue.

Essential for this position are:-

Experience with sport.
Experience and be able to demonstrate managing food volumes of at least £4k per week.
Experience of growing wet sales and peak circuit trade to support growth potential
