We are looking to recruit a Membership Sales Manager who is a self-driven, money motivated team player with individual flair and has experience of managing a team. Someone who is on the hunt for a successful career and wants to develop and progress with us. We want PEOPLE MANAGERS who not only manage through their team, but also through example too! Success for us is making you a success!

The role involves:

• Managing a team of Sales Representatives, through prospecting, touring, closing and obtaining referrals for future sales.
• You will actively seek new business for the club.
• Representing the club and Total Fitness in a positive and professional manner.
• Working to targets

Here’s what we can do for you in return:

• Basic salary of £19k to £25k depending on experience
