Our Food

Our food is genuinely authentic to our roots; the style of food is known as Californian- Mexican and it celebrates the amazing Mexican flavours but made for the mission district of San Francisco. 

Whilst we are based a long way from the sunshine of both California and Mexico we always use genuine ingredients, recipes and cooking techniques – it really does make all the difference.  After all, you are what you eat and we eat our food a lot!

Our style of service means our food is right there, in front of our customers.  It’s crucial that the food is as fresh as it can be so we make our food regularly throughout the day.  Each customer chooses what they would like to eat and then they add on their fresh toppings as they make their way down the line.  This means each customer gets exactly what they would like – they are the architect and we are the builder!
