As well as growing the estate we’re also growing the HR Department, so you’ll be part of a driven and inspiring People Team. Working alongside the Head of Recruitment and the Operations team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the business with all recruitment activities, using a hands-on approach to attract and recruit Managers for current sites and new openings. You’ll keep up with trends (and set some of your own) in the recruitment world and take ownership of your development whilst being supported by those around you. You’ll be a brand ambassador using your positive attitude, great communication skills and initiative to spread the amazing culture Tortilla is famous for.
Ideally you’ll be based in London or the Home Counties as you’ll spend some time in our Support Office in Fitzrovia as well as being out and about in sites. We’re looking for someone with previous experience of recruitment in a fast-paced environment, but more importantly we’re looking for someone who has worked in catering or leisure and understands our culture.
