Maintenance Associate - Topgolf Watford

Permanent Full-time

Do you love a buzzing atmosphere, a thrilling game and great food and drink? At TOPGOLF, we take the best aspects of all three to create an experience you simply cannot find anywhere else.

If this sounds like an experience you would like to be part of delivering, apply now and start your MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATE career at TOPGOLF!

Responsibilities:

  • The general upkeep of the outfield, targets, equipment of Maintenance and golf ball stock
  • The regular collection of golf balls on the outfield, ensuring the outfield looks visually clean, clear, tidy and fit for purpose
  • Maintain the ball stock to an acceptable level. Off-range ball picks will be required regularly to retrieve balls that have passed the high nets
  • Ensure the targets, including the outfield area, are free of rubbish, weeds and anything obstructive, actively checking any target blockages throughout the shift
  • Ensure you personally are signed off on the Kubota safety sheet before use, and that whilst on shift you do not allow anyone other than yourself, or a trained professional to use these
  • On occasion, equipment in the targets will need replacing, meaning working out-of-hours to ensure the outfield is ready for play at opening
  • Dealing with game issues such as technical faults with bay screens, wiring issues and system errors

What we’re looking for:

  • Due to rostering requirements and vacant rosta slots on our late shift and our commitment to adhere to the working time regulations for under 18 associates, applicants for this particular job role and vacancy must be over the age of 18
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Maintenance or Groundskeeper experience

In return we offer:

  • Professional development in a fast-growing company
  • 50% off our food menu
  • Discounted use of Topgolf, extending to friends and family across all UK Topgolf venues
  • Trips, days out and invite to our prestigious ‘Star Awards’
  • Full induction and training provided
