Full-time, Permanent | £18,000 - £20,000 per year

Our Event Sales Executives are vital to the success of the events business, with the responsibility of acquisition for new event accounts and management for our three UK venues. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will present and sell Topgolf’s bespoke event packages in order to maximise event revenue.

Regular attendance to networking events, exhibitions and outreach will be essential to maximise the client database.

Other duties include:

• Updating our CRM system
• Generating leads for all three venues for future bookings
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• To liaise with the National Account Manager for any potential merge in clients
• Proactively seeking direct feedback from event guests and communicate directly to the event manager and coordinator

The ideal candidate must have:

• Minimum one year experience in Event Sales
• Focus on providing high quality service to the benefit of the business
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally with other departments
• Strong analytical and creative skills
