Food & Beverage Team Leader - Topgolf Watford
Full time | £8.50 per hour

Our Food and Beverage are key members of the team. Using your prior experience in a Guest facing role, you will be responsible for assisting our Duty Managers and Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the department operates efficiently and professional at all times, achieving the highest levels of hospitality on a day to day basis.
On shift, you will be an ambassador for Topgolf, showing a strong floor presence at key business times, engaging with guests and associates at all F&B points. You will solve day-to-day challenges encouraging the Topgolf Way with our team and delivering appropriate coaching and development of our associates.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of the hospitality or leisure industry
- Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
- Leadership skills
- Food and Beverage experience required
