Install Technician - Shepperton
About Toptracer:

The role:
The install technician will perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair. As part of the install process you will provide technical installation of the Toptracer camera system and ensure a fully functioning system is delivered to the client. You will also be able to give demonstration of the system to provide a basic understanding to facility staff how to use the system and report issues. The role will involve substantial travel and some unsociable hours.
Duties include:
- Serve existing accounts with any break/fix requirements
- Ensure any work done with contractors for installations and maintenance is efficient
- Test all system components post install to ensure a fully functioning system
- Mount and calibrate all Toptracer equipment.
- Maintain adherence to Service Level Agreements
- Comply with communications process between internal departments for installation processes, calibration and maintenance of new and existing sites.
The Install Technician must have:
- Structural installation knowledge.
- Equipment maintenance
- Quality focus
- Full clean driving license
